Rodolphe Ködderitzsch named Chief Revenue Officer of Pico

We are thrilled to announce that Rodolphe Ködderitzsch is joining Pico on January 14th, 2021 as Chief Revenue Officer.


With over 15 years of experience in tech and media, Rodolphe is a seasoned entrepreneur, operator, and executive with experience building, leading, and scaling teams, as well as funding and developing products. He is an industry leading expert in brand building, digital marketing, growth, content monetization, partnerships, and product development.


Rodolphe originally started his career in the music industry, working with artists, talent management agencies, and music labels. He joined Google in 2006 and helped the company grow its advertising business in France. He moved to New York in 2011, where he focused on building the YouTube business, leading several global monetization initiatives. This work was critical in helping YouTube creators and content partners build viable businesses on the platform. He left Google in 2018 to become a startup founder.


A graduate of HEC Paris School of Management, Rodolphe holds a Master’s degree in Business and Management. He's passionate about exponential technologies and how they increasingly shape entire industries and all aspects of our lives. He's a certified behavior design specialist trained by Stanford University Persuasive Technology Lab Director BJ Fogg, Ph.D. He’s also a mentor for the Betaworks community in NYC and an On Deck and Reforge fellow.


He lives in Brooklyn with his wife Célia and their son, Ulysse. Last but not least, Rodolphe has been a music lover and maker for 25 years. Today, he still consults for emerging artists and breakout music startups and occasionally performs as a music selector and DJ for NeueHouse and at private events.
